The room was clean and was cleaned again every day, the staff was super friendly and helpful, everything in the refrigerator was free, and they accommodated for our food restrictions as well. Everyone was ready and willing to provide information about the area, activities, and so on. The breakfast was an authentic greek breakfast and they had coffee/espresso as well. “The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! ”

“We had a lovely stay in the Superior Suite room with sea view. We are a family of three with a five year old child. The room was a lovely size, the staff were fantastic and accommodating. It's a bit of a walk into the town proper, but manageable. Plenty of nice places to eat nearby. Rooftop bar is lovely in the evening. We definitely recommend this hotel, especially for a romantic getaway.”
